Creating and viewing your Support Tickets

You can submit your support request to our team, and we will update you using the email address specified during ticket submission. We provide 24/7 support via WhatsApp chat and our ticket system. We treat all customer requests with the highest priority and offer equal support to all our customers.

Viewing or Opening a New Ticket

To view or open a new ticket:

  1. Log into your Scalacoms Account.
  2. Once logged in, click on Support.
  3. This will take you to a page where you can see Active Tickets and Closed Tickets.
  4. Click the Open New Ticket button to submit a new ticket.

Our ticketing platform allows you to open a ticket securely and easily, even without registration. However, we recommend creating an account first to manage your support tickets more efficiently.
